At Centro San Luis, we help you make the most of your FUNDAE training credit with personalised training plans that strengthen your team’s use of technology, digital tools, and key professional skills.
We take care of everything — from available credit, course design and delivery, to documentation and management.
Financial aid also available for LANBIDE-funded courses.

Dual Training at Centro San Luis – Developing the talent your company needs

Through #DualVET, your company can integrate young, qualified professionals who combine study and real work experience. This model helps businesses train staff aligned with their values and processes, spot early talent, and benefit from grants and incentives that lower costs.

At Centro San Luis, we provide full pedagogical and administrative support to make collaboration smooth, simple, and rewarding for both companies and students.

Dual Training Modalities

Curricular Internships (General Dual VET)

An opportunity for your company to host students in training at no cost, with full academic support.

Availability: 7–8 h/day (depending on programme and age)
Period 1: March – May (60 working days)
Period 2: May (16 working days)
Cost: €0 (Social Security covered 100% by the Basque Government)
Management: registrations and withdrawals handled by the Department of Education
Advantage: temporary support for the company and real experience for students
Subsidies: Social Security fully covered by the Secretariat for VET

Intensive Dual Training (Alternance Contract)

A model to train qualified staff within your company, with subsidised contracts and direct financial aid.

Duration: 9–12 months
Modality: alternance contract (study + work)
In-company hours: 770–1,100 hours
Social Security discount: 95% reduction
LANBIDE grant: €2,000 per contract
Advantage: tailor-made trained staff and early talent detection
Subsidies: Social Security discount + direct €2,000 grant (LANBIDE)

Dual Training in Basque

An additional incentive for companies that promote the use of Basque in their dual training projects.

Target: companies integrating Basque language in Dual VET programmes
Modality: alternance contract (study + work)
Duration: 9–12 months
Compatibility: can be combined with the Intensive Dual grant
Subsidies: additional grant up to €3,000 (Department of Education)

TKGUNE – Applied Innovation Projects

A programme in which San Luis teachers collaborate with companies on innovation, digitalisation, and process improvement projects.

Network of centres: Centro San Luis is part of the TKGUNE network of the Basque Country
Support areas: finance, IT, digital marketing, and business management
Services: advisory, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to the business sector
Beneficiaries: SMEs, retailers, and self-employed professionals seeking to innovate and increase competitiveness
