Its purpose is to teach and help in the process that individuals follow to mature the vision of their own future. There are many possible professional opportunities with a qualification in General studies in areas such as literature, communication science, journalism, marketing, pedagogy, social work, tourism, business administration, art, history, or also computing and ICT.

The Certificate in General Studies promotes the acquisition of the necessary tools to apply research methods, develop autonomy in the learning process as well as teamwork skills.
